Dior 1-Colour Ultra-Smoothing High Impact Eyeshadow - Beige Point 626

Sigh. I have no willpower against Dior eye-shadows. I tell myself I don't need anymore shadows, that my collection is complete, and then I swatch shadows like these and I just can't help but throw it in my Sephora shopping bag so fast I almost made a hole in it. In the words of my sister's boyfriend when she told him I said my collection was complete and I was done shopping: "No, she's not. A collector is never done collecting." #EPIPHANY
Beige Point looked similar to Patina when I swatched it but it wasn't quite the same when I compared them. Patina has much more pink and looks more antique while Beige Point is more like a warm yet cool (makes no sense but it is!) beige with ever-so-slightly slight pink shimmer to it.
Pigmentation and texture is great - soft without being too soft and pigmented without being crazy pigmented. Pigmented enough for a classy lady such as moi. *Pinky way up* ;P Sometimes I like my eyes to look soft and simple.

Clockwise: Beige Point, Frosted Beige, Burberry Gold Trench, Patina, Warming Trend, and Modelette.

L-R: Modelette, Warming Trend, Patina, Beige Point, Frosted Beige, and Golden Trench.

DELICIOUS.

Dior 1-Colour Ultra-Smoothing High Impact Eyeshadow-Crystal White 006

My goodness - what a long name! Crystal White ($29 for 0.07 oz) is a very shimmery white with multicolor micro-glitter. It's absolutely glamorous and plays up the eyes brilliantly, either on inner corners or all over the lid. This is perfect if you're like me and like to create looks without having to use multiple shadows but still want your eyes to look done-up. Texture is delicious - very soft and pigmented. The swatch below is only from one swipe.
I've been wanting to get this for a long time now; always told myself  "I don't need it, nope, I don't". When in reality I needed it and I needed it badly.

I recommend this be applied with the sponge applicator it comes with as it works better when you pat it into your primer.

Dior Nude Pink Design

I love, love, looove this palette! For 2 reasons:

1-Chunky pink and violet reflects
2-Fine pink and violet reflects

'Nuff said.

I die! Since they're solid they're easier to use than the MAC messy reflects. The rest of the shades are gorgeous as well, a shimmery greyish mauve, shimmery nude peachy pink, and a shimmery plum cream liner that has surprisingly great pigmentation. My favorite look to do with it is just an all over wash of one of the reflects and line with the plum liner; simple but glamorous.

I love Dior quints.

Dior Incognito

Incognito ($59) is definitely my favorite quint. Consists of a shimmery nude with pink opal, shimmery ivory with gold micro glitter, pink with pink opal, shimmery light brown, and a pewter TAUPE.
All the colors in this quint have great pigmentation, allow me to demonstrate:

*drools at the micro glitter*

Dior Rosy Tan

Hi everyone! I'm very excited about this post, Rosy Tan ($58 for 0.21 oz) has 2 taupes, I DIE! Sephora site described the taupe on the bottom left as a silvery taupe, but when it arrived I was surprised that it was more like of a brownish silvery taupe rather than a straight up silvery taupe. Other colors are a frosty pink, chocolate brown with gold micro glitter, and middle is an ivory with pink shimmer. Sorry this description's all over the place but I get excited about taupes, of course. Definitely a Sonia palette.:)

Can't wait to wear this palette tomorrow for date night with H!

Dior DiorSkin Amber Diamond

Hi everyone! Amber Diamond ($44 for 0.35oz) is a highlighter with 4 shades in one. All the colors blend beautifully together and leave my cheeks look glowy without looking OTT shimmery. I even like the first shade (dupe of NARS Albatross) as a brow highlighter. It looks SO pretty. Powder is soft but without being too soft. I apply it with a very soft synthetic brush, I find it applies best this way. There's also a pink version called Rose Diamond.

I don't know why but I swatched these R-L. Oops!

All the colors blended together.

Thanks for looking!

Dior DiorBlush Sugar & Spice

No flash. This pic is true to life.

Hi everyone! Dior Sugar & Spice ($40 for 0.26 oz) is a *gorgeous* cinnamon colored blush. One side is matte and the other is shimmery. can be worn separately or mixed together. Absolutely perfect for darker skin tones.
Comes with a surprisingly soft small blush brush. I used it to apply the blush and it worked great.

With flash.

No flash. Ahh! I love this blush!

If you're as dark as I am and up, you need this!

Thanks for looking!

Dior Rouge Dior Favori Red

A red a day keeps the doctor away! Well...At least that's what I think. :P Here's my latest red! Favori Red ($30 for 0.12 oz at, purchased at Sephora) is a pink based cherry red.

Formula: Creamy, very smooth, moisturizing, and glides right on. I barely touched my arm with It to swatch and It went on super pigmented with one swipe and like buttah! Also has a light scent. It's not strong so doesn't really bother me. Scent reminds me of L'Oreal l/s. Id prefer a more vanilla scent or no scent but It's no big deal. As long as It doesn't smell/taste like Avon's "Mega Impact" (quotations cause they are neither mega nor impact, but that's a separate story)  l/s I don't mind It. Feels so light and luxurious on my lips.

Packaging: SEXY and elegant. Outside is made of veryyy smooth sturdy plastic, which is actually good quality and not cheap and thin. Inside tube is metal. Top of the lid has the CD logo on top which looks and is made with the same plastic material as the e/s packaging. Love the little details on It from the CD on top, to engraved logo on the outside to the one on the lipstick itself.

Swatches:

I've been wearing It all day and It hasn't faded at all. Pretty impressive cause I've had many spoonfuls of Nutella. :D

Thanks for looking!

Dior 1 Colour Ultra Smoothing High Impact Eyeshadow in Chrome.

In other words...This is an e/s single. LOL long name! Hi everyone! I wanted to share my latest purchase. I've been wanting a good silver e/s (that wasn't in a palette) for awhile now, so when I saw this one I thought It would be perfect. It's such a stunning shimmering frosty silver with lots of silver glitter. This reminds me of MAC Electra (Lustre). By itself It's sheer but shimmery with lots of glitter. But like a lot of shadows It comes alive over primer. I swatched It over Painterly and It really popped and the glitter was more blendable and nicely pigmented. Check out the sexy packaging! It's so luxurious and feminine! I even like the sponge applicator, even that looks elegant. I especially like the velvet case, and for the price ($28.50 for 0.7 oz), It better come with something that will protect it! AMIRITE!? Heh, heh.

Swatched dry. *Swoon*

Over Painterly.
I am happy with my purchase, I love this! This is a keeper.
