Hi everyone! Ashes to Ashes ($23 for 0.07 oz) is a medium purplish taupe with noticeable champagne shimmer. Also has a tiny amount of green shimmer that's only noticeable when you inspect it like Inspector Gadget. Well, I'm not saying that I put a magnifying glass up to it, but with my big ass eyes and good lighting I was able to see it. This is a beautiful shadow with the great pigmentation and wonderful texture I'd expect from NARS. This went into my shopping basket faster than I could say "I've fallen and I can't get up."

ReplyDeleteThis is really a lovely shade. I think taupes are growing on me.
ReplyDeleteThis color is so pretty and I love taupe colors in general, I just have a hard time with NARS. I always get so overwhelmed at the NARS counter. I start swatching the colors and then forget which color is which. I only own 3 NARS shadows because of this reason.
ReplyDeleteThat is an awesome shade, and the pigments look really good. :)

This is a beautiful shade, do you use it as a primary blush or as a highlighter?
