Black Lace ($9.00; available here) is my favorite liner for tightlining. 

On me It's budge-proof and long-lasting. Very creamy, very black, and I find I don't need to go over my water-line more than once to really get the liner on. I also love the name! Black Lace? I'm all over it. 

I definitely prefer it to MAC Smoulder, last longer and is much blacker in my experience.
