CHANEL Ombre Essentielle - Black Star

I've had Black Star for many months now but had not had the heart to touch it. It's so beautiful in compact and so rich-looking. Texture is buttery-soft and over-the-top pigmented and is packed with multi-colored micro-glitter. I swatched it without primer and it's elegant and rich. Perfect pretty black for an effortless smokey eye for a night out on the town. Only a light primer is needed with this, such as Lorac's primer.

CHANEL Safari

CHANEL does taupe like nobody's business. Their taupes aren't just basic, they are sexy, sensual, luxe, and far from boring or basic. Safari is no exception. The perfect color whether it's for a daytime or a night out on the town without having to do too much effort.

CHANEL Enigma

Enigma is a total Fall quad consisting of a light shimmery pink (CHANEL loves pink), dark khaki with micro glitter, dark gunmetal grey with micro glitter, and a dark purple with micro glitter. Everything needed to create a bold and sexy smokey eye. I like ti wear it over Urban Decay Primer Potion, I find the wetness of it makes the shadow pop more and the shimmer/glitter more intense. Also, patting it in and then blending works best.
I am a sucker for micro glitter so I said "I'll take it" so the SA the moment I saw it without even swatching it first. Sometimes, I just get too excited.

CHANEL Demure

Demure ($57) is a beautiful classy quad loaded with the perfect shades to create a pink and chocolate look, which I totally adore. If you're a proper lady you need this. Or if you're a hoor trying to pass as a proper lady you really need this.;P This consists of a mauvish pink, pinky beige, light pink, and a dark brown with a satin finish. Does that sound like a palette you just want to ravish or what?

CHANEL Winter Nights

Hi everyone! So sorry I've been MIA, my mom broke the bone that connects her ankle to her foot so I've been busy helping her on my free time. Thought I'd update with what I think is the perfect quad for Fall. Winter Nights ($57) consists of a TAUPE, medium gold, pink, and a black with gold and pink micro glitter (I DIE!). Pigmentation is fabulous and all the colors work so great together. The black shade is my fav, I like to wear it in my outter V for a glamorous cat eye.

CHANEL Prelude

This quad is absolutely delicious. Prelude ($57) is a gorgeous cool toned palette with TWO TAUPES, an ivory with slight pink shimmer, and a soft black. Absolutely tdf and perfect for my red lip fetish. Pigmentation is fabulous and buttery soft like I'd expect from CHANEL. Its great for either a soft daytime look or a full blown smokey eye.

CHANEL Ivory

Hi everyone! Notice I didn't type up the long name? Yeah, I'm too lazy for that, lol. Ivory ($30 for 2g) is a gorgeous white gold highlighter with slight pink shimmer thrown in for good measure. Reminds me of MAC Vanilla pigment, though Vanilla has more pink too it. As you can probably tell by now highlighters are my thing. Taupes as well, but right now this post is a about a highlighter.

Texture: Soft, buttery, and expensive feeling.

Packaging: Sturdy black plastic complete with a velvet pouch, which always makes Sonia happy. Now, its about to get naughty...

Here it is with Vanilla. This was he only pic where Vanilla didn't come out completely white. :/
Ivory on top, Vanilla on bottom.

Chanel Joues Contrast blush in Espiegle

Hi everyone! Espiegle ($43 for 0.21 oz at Neiman Marcus) is a gorgeous soft peach with soft gold shimmer. Like Illamasqua Excite but with gold shimmer. *Squeels* I love peach blushes, I can't get enough of them! So when I saw the light shinning on this beauty at Neiman Marcus, I had to have it.

Texture: Very soft and beautifully pigmented. Has a light rose scent, which I love. Not sure how others out feel but I love that this is scented. Fades once on the skin though.

Packaging: Sturdy plastic and comes with a mirror.

YUM!

Chanel Rouge Coco in Paris

Hi everyone! Paris ($32 for 0.12 oz) is a delicious, delicious blue based red with a little pink throw in. But on me it's a straight up blue red.Truly luxurious; from the formula to the packaging. Verrrryyy long lasting! Here is the list of stuff I ate and drank today and stayed put through (please don't judge me lmao, I can put it away):

Homemade strawberry, banana, and blueberry juice
Ceasar salad
Cold Stone fudge chocolate ice cream cake, BE JELUZ.
Cup of green tea
Then...I went to Pets Mart and took a little break from all the goodies.
BUT WHEN I GOT BACK...
Butternut squash soup
THREE, yes, THREE slices from a huge sub sandwich
Acai juice from Naked
Naked Power-C machine

And THEN I had to retouch. But it was after all that. Fabulous!

Texture: Creamy and pigmented, glides like buttah.

Packaging: Very sturdy and heavy, which is how I like it. If i'm gonna pay $32 for a l/s the packaging better be flippin' awesome. I believe it's made of metal (the black part, gold part is metal) but i'm not 100% sure. Could just be very thick sturdy plastic like their normal packaging. But i'm hoping its metal.

Btw, wanna give a shout out to Biglow for making a mean vanilla chai tea that I cannot get enough of, *sips*. Totally random, I know, but that's how I roll. ;)

Thanks checking out this post! :)
